7-Day Return & Exchange Policy

At JUNA COLLECTION, we want you to love every piece you receive. If for any reason, you are not fully satisfied, we offer a 7-day return and exchange window from the date of delivery.

Conditions for Return & Exchange

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

The request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
The item must be in its original, unused condition — unwashed, unworn, and unaltered.
The original packaging must be fully intact and undamaged. Items with torn, damaged, or missing packaging will not be accepted.
All tags and labels must be attached and untouched.
A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.

What is Eligible

Incorrect item received
Defective or damaged product (reported within 7 days)
Wrong color or design delivered
Exchange for a different size or color (subject to availability)

What is NOT Eligible

Items returned after 7 days of delivery
Items with damaged, opened, or missing original packaging
Washed, worn, altered, or stitched items
Items purchased on sale or clearance
Custom or specially ordered items

Return Shipping Cost

Please note that return shipping charges are to be paid by the customer. JUNA COLLECTION does not cover the cost of sending items back to us. We recommend using a reliable courier service and keeping your tracking number safe, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

Step 1 — Contact Us Reach out to us within 7 days of delivery via WhatsApp or email. Share your order number and reason for return/exchange along with clear photos of the item.

Step 2 — Approval Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days with confirmation and return instructions.

Step 3 — Ship the Item Pack the item securely in its original packaging and send it to our address using your preferred courier. Share the tracking number with us.

Step 4 — Processing Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your exchange will be processed within 3–5 business days, or a store credit/refund will be issued as applicable.

Important Notes

Returns or exchanges are only accepted when packaging is completely undamaged. Please do not accept a parcel if it appears tampered with at delivery — contact us immediately.
JUNA COLLECTION reserves the right to refuse a return if conditions are not met.
In case of an exchange, the replacement item is subject to availability. If unavailable, a store credit will be offered.
