2. How do I create an account?
Creating your JUNA COLLECTION account is quick and easy. Simply follow these steps:
On Desktop: Click on the Account icon at the top right corner of the website. Select “Create Your Account”, enter your details, and click Register.
On Mobile: Open the menu and tap on the Account icon. Enter your details and tap Register.
Please use a valid and active email address when registering. All order updates, shipping notifications, promotions, and vouchers will be sent to your registered email.
3. What if I forget my password?
No need to worry — resetting your password is simple:
- Go to the Account section and click “Forgot Your Password?”
- Enter your registered email address.
- You will receive a password reset link in your inbox.
- Follow the link and sign in using your new password.
If you do not receive the email, please check your spam or junk folder.
4. How can I update my shipping or billing address?
To update your address details:
- Sign in to your JUNA COLLECTION account.
- Open the “Addresses” section.
- To edit an existing address, click “Edit.”
- To remove an address, click “Delete.”
- To add a new address, click “Add a New Address” and fill in your details.
5. Where can I view my order history?
Sign in to your account and open the Dashboard on your account page. From there you can view all past and current orders, track deliveries, and manage your exchanges.
